Website Updates — Organizing the Blog Content

As a summer project, I’ve seriously reworked access to this blog, incorporating its content more systematically into the purpose of the website. Here’s where you’ll find things:

  • “Categories” in which a blog post fits are now clickable to the left of the content. (“Tags” are also clickable, but somewhat less organized.)
  • Postings specific to a composition are now linked under “Compositions” — look for the icon.
  • Under “About,” there’s a new page titled “Blog Threads.” You’ll find a list of some blog topic categories there. Clicking one gives a list.

This, of course, doesn’t mean the general “About” or other pages, or “Project” pages relative to a specific composition, will stop being a part of the overall presentation of the site. My intent is for those items to be static, and the blog to be dynamic.

Make sense?

A quick addition: blog postings are potentially interactive! Due to bots, AI content, trolling, social media platforms (like FaceBook) are becoming less effective. (This could be a “Get off my lawn!” moment, but I’ll own that!) The blog space here provides you with the ability to interact with me (and each other) directly, specific to the things I’m doing. I’d love to hear from you!
